Ever since I was a kid, I saw things differently than others. Basically in everything. When you think differently, especially when you're a kid, people have a certain misunderstanding and tend to put you in a box. This resulted in me not even understanding myself as a kid. However, seeing things in a different way showed to be successful out on the football field, where I repeatedly shocked the opponents by creating surfaces and embracing unique playing opportunities. My relatively orthodox playing style resulted in a successful journey as a football player who went from division 8 all the way to Allsvenskan. 

 

My father supported me in all situations and was always there for me. He did everything he could in his ability to guide me through my football career. However, he lacked in the understanding of the mental part, and that aspect is very important in sports. I therefore quit football at the age of 20 and often think about how far I might have gone if I was offered the coaching in all aspects of the sport. To be giving this opportunity to other aspiring professionals has now become a part of my purpose in life and a big reason why I run Super10 today. 

 

Now as an adult, the ability to think differently has proven to be my greatest asset when it comes to running a business. Being able to combine my entrepreneurial spirit with my interest in sports is what drives me to invest fully in helping our clients develop into even better players and achieve their dreams.
